AM I TOO SICK OR INJURED TO PLAY?
A pre-game check in will be placed here in the next update. If the pre-game check in does not think you shouls play, it will make gentle rest and recovery suggestions. Please do not play use it or LOSE unless you feel healthy and energetic.
WHEN DO I LEVEL UP?
When you can do you current level movement either 6 times (as an experienced strength and power person), 12-15 times (as a muscle growth, beginning strength training person) or 20 times (as an experienced endurance person) look into getting an updated level assessment with any qualified provider.
Certified Fitness Instructors, Certified Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches are all qualified to proctor a level assessment.
